The development and growth of Ottawa's technology industry over the past few years has given rise to a large number of companies that require leadership in a wide range of financial, taxation and administration matters. In addition many finance officers have not yet experienced some of the challenges they must deal with on a daily basis including rapidly changing financing environments and sharp changes in business cycles. This program is designed to address the need for practical information and guidance on issues that impact the daily life of a technology company CFO.

Dollars & Sense: Practical Tools & Advice for Technology Company CFOs

Dollars & $ense is part of the infrastructure of the region, which is aimed at ensuring growth and prosperity in the technology sector. Dollars & $ense is a forum for chief financial officers, vice presidents finance, controllers and other finance professionals in the Ottawa technology industry to learn about and discuss contemporary finance and administration issues affecting their businesses. It's also an excellent place for business networking.

Dollars & Sense Session

Sessions are normally held on the second or third Wednesday of the month. Each session begins with continental breakfast/networking at 7:30 a.m., and a presentation starting at 8:00 a.m. The meeting ends at 9:00 a.m. sharp! Attendees should register for each session (see below).

Meeting Topics/Speakers
